I was at the club today. My favorite cashier was working. His name is Eric. He has to be the friendliest person there. He has such a cute southern personality. I was going to give it 5 stars, but the reason i dropped it down a star was because of the cashier last Wednesday. I came in expecting to see Eric, but instead was faced with another cashier. I asked Eric who the cashier was, and he told me that it was his manager Ricardo that was covering for him that day. It's a shame that this guy is a manager. He knows nothing of customer service. He just seemed to bark out orders to customers. He needs to go, otherwise you will be losing lots of business thanks to his bad attitude. view short comment
